The Sun Inn in Bethlehem is finally opening on a regular schedule. For now the restaurant is only on the weekends under former Farmhouse chef Michael Adams. We profiled the long, arduous road to opening a restaurant at the inn a few months ago here. The restaurant serves diner from 5:30pm to 9:00pm on Friday and Saturday.
