LIT Coffee Roastery and Bakeshop now open on Bethlehem’s SouthSide

LIT Coffee Roastery and Bakeshop opened for the first time today on Bethlehem’s SouthSide.  A joint venture between Monocacy Coffee Company and Made By Lino, the shop features a variety of coffee, espresso, and tea.  Coffee can be ordered with different preparation methods including drip, Aeropress, pour over, and Chemex.

Also for sale are small bites like biscuits, cookies, bagels, French macarons, and other pastries courtesy of Melanie Lino.  The bright and spacious sitting area also features bags of coffee, Aeropresses, and pour over utilities for sale.  Jewelry and paintings by local artists are also available for sale.  LIT is open 7am to 7pm Tuesday-Friday and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays.
