Starfish Brasserie to Change Owners

by theelvee_w2oe3m April 4, 2012

Our good friend Kris Sandholm over at Starfish Brasserie in Bethlehem is moving on from his post as Starfish Brasserie’s owner.  Sandholm has been the owner of the restaurant for the past three and a half years, taking over the spot on Broad Street that opened in 2000.  The last night for service will be April 14th.  The restaurant is currently planned to then close, and reopen after an undetermined amount of time, still bearing the Starfish monker.
