The Mint Gastropub is hosting their second beer dinner with Left Hand Brewing out of Colorado on Thursday, March 8th.  There’s a few interesting things going on with this dinner.  First, each dish incorporates the paired beer in the dish in some way.  The other is that Left Hand’s Ambidextrous is making an appearance here.  According to the Beer Street Journal, this is a new, draft-only blend of three of Left Hand’s beers: Widdershins Barleywine aged in whiskey barrels, Milk Stout, and their Wake Up The Dead with coffee added.  The menu is below:

Steamed Monkfish

Paired with: Left Hand Good Juju

Banger N’ Hash
