This Thursday Weyerbacher Brewing Company in Easton is releasing two new beers, one a new year-round offering and one a one-off brewery-only release. Tarte Nouveau, a kettle soured beer coming in at a very sessionable 3.9% ABV, was put out in limited kegs last year as a test run for Weyerbacher. This year the beer will return as a year-round offering in six packs, adding a new dimension to their line-up. In addition to the regular Tarte Nouveau, Weyerbacher will be releasing a brewery-only version of Tarte Nouveau brewed with blood orange puree. This limited version is packaged in 750ml bottles and is available for $7 a bottle with a limit of six bottles per person. The brewery will be open from noon to 8pm on Thursday for the release.
