The Heavenly Hedgehog Is a Class Act

By now most that follow the local restaurant, dining, and business scene have heard that the Heavenly Hedgehog in Bethlehem has closed.  Located in the Main Street Commons the spot served up delicious local ice cream for years.  The owner, Barbara Garrison posted on Facebook that anyone with a gift card or gift cert can drop by for a full refund even though the shop is closed.  This just goes to show there are good, awesome business owners in the Valley and more people should take after Ms. Garrison.  Even in retirement she’s showing that the customer comes first.  Bravo.
