Rodale Catering Launches New Site

Rodale Catering and Events, the cooking arm of the organic/sustainable research progenitors over at Rodale, have launched a new website.  Focusing on delivering high quality food using locally sourced and hand-made food, Rodale Catering looks like it can serve up a hell of a meal.  I personally haven’t had anything from them and I’m not too familiar with their food, but the pictures on there make the food like gorgeous.  If you happen to find yourself at the Valley Preferred Cycling Center, these guys run the Breakaway Cafe concession stand filled with local, organic concession foods for you to devour.  The website is well done and easy to navigate as well.  Hopefully these guys pop up at an event somewhere soon so we can try their work.
