Molinari’s in Bethlehem is hosting five top chefs from across the Lehigh Valley in a fundraiser for the SouthSide Film Festival on Monday, June 8th. This is the third year for the dinner, and will include Tyler Baxter from The Bayou, Lee Chizmar from Bolete, Geo Dodig of Heirloom, Alan Pitotti of Docle Patisserie, and Mark Romanowski of Molinar’s.
South Italy Imports, a local Italian wine importing company, is donating wine for pairings. Each chef for the dinner will prepare an hors d’oeuvre as well as a course, each paired with wine. Tickets for the dinner are $125, which includes tax and gratuity, and half of the proceeds are donated to benefit the SouthSide Film Festival.
