Emeril’s Italian Table Gift Certificate Giveaway

The Sands has been kind enough to supply us with another gift certificate for Emeril’s Italian Table at the Sands Casino in Bethlehem to give away to one of our lucky readers.  The restaurant, which opened in 2011, features a wide variety of meats, cheeses, sides, entrees, salads, and desserts, as well as Italian classics and wood-fired pizzas.

The rules are easy: either hop on Twitter and retweet our tweet (you must be following @TheElVee to win) or like our Facebook page and comment on the contest post what you’d order off of the menu if you won the gift certificate.  The winner will be drawn at random and receive a $75 gift cert to Emeril’s Italian Table, a Sands t-shirt, and a Sands water bottle.  The contest ends at 11:59pm on Monday, June 9th.

Oh man! I want one of their overcooked octopus appetizers, their overpriced arugula salads, and OH OH one of their so-so pizzas—no wait—make that TWO so-so pizzas!

We would start with calamari and then I would have eggplant parm and hubby would probably have the ribeye. Would be perfect 12th wedding anniversary dinner!
