Brew Works to Release 16th Anniversary Wheatwine

by theelvee_w2oe3m

The Brew Works is releasing a special bottled beer for their 16th anniversary on April 15th at 5pm.  The beer, a wheatwine, will be sold in corked and caged bottles at the Bethlehem Brew Works.  Brewed by brewer Josh Bushey, the brewery describes it as a “dark ruby wheatwine with hints of toffee and a caramel maltiness from 2-row barley and white-wheat malts.”  The beer ingredients also include Chinook, Cascade, and Columbus hops.  In addition to bottles, the beer will be on draft.  A portion of the batch was set aside to age in wine and bourbon barrels.
