Billy’s Downtown Diner, owned by Billy Kounoupis, has long been a staple on Bethlehem’s north side. This morning Billy opened up his brand new Allentown outpost at the former Sangria spot on the first floor of 840 Hamilton. The menu is the same as the Bethlehem location, and the diner is open from 7am to 3:30pm. Billy’s next venture will be the long-delayed Bethlehem Burger Bar, which he has said took a backburner as he prepared to open the 2nd Billy’s location.
