Starfish Brasserie in Bethlehem is offering a special this Saturday in the form of an invasive species dinner.  In addition to their regular offerings, they’ll be serving up four different invasive fish.  We detailed Starfish’s eco-friendly efforts and Snakehead fish dishes last month.  The dinner is $35 and the menu is as follows:

First course:
Mexican Lionfish Ceviche

Second course:
 Pan-seared MD blue catfish tacos

Third course:
Great Lakes beer-battered smelt, steak fries

Fourth course:
Anago-style MD Snakehead sushi
