Katharine McPhee Headlining Zoellner’s Gala2012

The Zoellner Arts Center at Lehigh University has announced Katharine McPhee as the headliner of their Gala2012 event.

McPhee is most well-known for her self-titled debut that rocketed to the number two position on the Billboard charts in 2007 following her 2nd place performance on American Idol.  Her last album, Unbroken, was released in 2010 and peaked at 27 on the US charts.  She also released a Christmas album in 2010.  Most recently she has taken on a lead role in the NBC Smash which debuted earlier this year. 

Gala tickets (on sale now), which include a cocktail reception, dinner, preferred concert seating, and a post-performance dessert reception are $550.  Concert-only tickets range from $75 to $150 and include the post-performance dessert reception as well. Tickets for the concert go on sale July 19th to the public.  Funds raised at the Gala go to support arts at Lehigh University by closing the gap on ticket revenue/artist fees when presenting artists, community outreach, and educational programs at the university.
