Funk Brewing Company, in Emmaus, is hosting its first ever big can release on Thursday starting at noon. Currently the brewery cans its Citrus IPA and distributes it through Shangy’s. Double Citrus, an imperial version of their delicious regular Citrus IPA, clocks in at 8% and is brewed with mango juice. The cans, which are packaged in 16oz cans, will retail for $70 per case or $15 per 4-pack. The brewery will begin selling at noon and will be accepting cash and credit cards with a limit of one case per person. Over 150 cases will be available for sale. They will also be putting Double Citrus on tap at the brewery Friday at 4pm. Check out their Facebook event for more information regarding sales, parking, etc.
