Molly’s Irish Grille on the south side of Bethlehem recently opened its bottle shop expansion that we reported back in October. After months of delays, the shop opened its doors last Friday. The Free Will/Two Rivers collaboration, Hanami, is now on draft at the Easton brewpub.
While Two Rivers is still working on setting up their own brewing system, they went down to Perkasie to collaborate with Free Will Brewing Company on a cherry blossom wheat beer. Hanami, a Japanese word associated with the custom of admiring cherry blossoms, is now on draft at Two Rivers and is also available around the area in 12oz bottles wherever Free Will is sold.
