You’ll soon be able to find a new local brew at bars across the Lehigh Valley. Hijinx is releasing Bourbon Barrel Bitter, a bourbon barrel aged version of their Pitch Penny ESB. The beer was first tapped at the Brew Works Cask Beer festival this past weekend. Hijinx beers can usually be found at Jack Callaghan’s Alehouse, Volpe’s, Tavern on Liberty, Porter’s, Strange Brew, and Curious Goods. The brewery is in the midst of moving to a much larger space at the Bridgeworks incubator later this year.
