The Edelweiss Haus at 702 Main Street in Northampton reopened earlier this month. Previously a popular hangout for those of German and Austrian descent in the region, the original Edelweiss Haus closed its doors in August of 2006. The menu currently features a variety of salads, wraps, and sandwiches, and will feature an expanded menu in 6-8 months after a kitchen upgrade. The bar also features a martini and wine list, as well as a list of craft beers.
