Two Rivers Now Open

Two Rivers Brewing Company, in Easton, is now open for business.  We sat down with the partners in the business back in July for an extensive look at the history behind the operation, which you can read about here.  The brewery is expecting to have their own beer on tap near the end of March of early April.  For now they have local offerings on tap from Brew Works, Victory, Weyerbacher, Troegs, Lancaster, Stoudts, and River Horse.  Below is a listing of current food and cocktail options, as well as pics from the finished first floor.

Any idea why the brewing operation is taking so long to get up and running?

Seems like it was the perfect storm of licensing issues, monetary, etc. etc. etc. From what I’ve seen they’ve recently installed their brewing equipment and should be brewing by March, so that’s good. High hopes for this place, especially personally, so I’m hoping for stellar results.
