The Bethlehem Parlour, a new Italian and pizza restaurant owned by the same team responsible for The Mint Gastropub and Stefano’s opened this week at 1114 W Broad St on Bethlehem’s west side.
The menu includes pizza, build-your-own-pie, salads, sandwiches, pasta, wings, fries, and other sides. The restaurant claims they are about “turning the boring pizza shop into a modern and new experience.” Diners can enjoy their food at the restaurant or order for take-out by calling 610-882-0700.
