Troy Reynard, part owner of Two Rivers Brewing Company in Easton, sent out an encouraging email today proclaiming that there will be “beer at last for Two Rivers Brewing Company.” The restaurant, which opened in December of 2012, has gone through numerous struggles on the road to brewing their own beer, from engineering issues to equipment problems. Reynard said that tomorrow Frick Transfer Company, an Easton-based moving and rigging company, will finally begin to transfer their beer tanks that are currently being stored at Jacob’s Produce at 7th and Northampton in Easton. Once the tanks are in place, brewing can finally take place. Their first beers are still a ways off, as the system will need to be calibrated and the first brews will need to ferment before they’re ready to hit the pint glasses.
