    Hijinx Brewery Begins Canning Beer

    by theelvee_w2oe3m January 14, 2016

Our friends over at Hijinx Brewing in Allentown are releasing their first set of canned beers this Saturday, January 16th.  The cans will be distributed through Shangy’s in Emmaus and will be found all over the area at local bars, bottle shops, and grocery stores.

Their first two cans they’re releasing are Wicked White, a 5% witbier brewed with orange and coriander, and Hop Havoc, a citrusy 8& American IPA. In a prepared statement Hijinx Founder/CEO Curt Keck said, “Offering Hijinx beers in cans allows us to make our products available to a much larger audience.  We are excited to begin offering our beverages to craft beer lovers beyond the borders of Pennsylvania Soon.”

The beers will be available in 12-packs at local distributors and single cans and 6-packs at bars and restaurants, as well as their tasting room at the Bridgeworks Enterprise Center in Allentown.  Want to try them before you buy them?  Abe’s Cold Beer in Bethlehem is hosting a tasting from 2pm to 4pm where you can try both beers
