    Emeril’s Chophouse Hosting Justin Winery Dinner

    Emeril’s Chophouse at the Sands Casino in Bethlehem is hosting a dinner with Justin Winery from Paso Robles, California on July 31st.  The dinner includes four courses and four wine pairings and is $95 per person.  The menu is below:

    First Course
    Ahi Tuna Crudo
    Alaskan salmon, canary melon, pickled radish
    Paired with: 2010 Chardonnay

    Second Course
    Berkshire Pork
    Braised Berkshire pork, nardello pepper, peperonata, sweet corn
    Paired with: Justification

    Third Course
    Niman Ranch Bavette Steak
    Heirloom tomato, baby squash, heritage carrot vinaigreete
    Paired with: Isosceles

    Fourth Course:
    Fresh Fig Tarlet
    Whipped mascarpone, oatmeal crust, cardamom ice cream
    Paired with: Obtuse
