El Sombrero, a new Mexican/American restaurant recently opened up at 3360 Airport Road in Allentown. The spot replaces the former Airport Pizza & Italian restaurant.
The menu features a wide array of traditional Mexican and South American dishes like chlaquiles, parrilladas, and tamales. For those who would rather have some cuisine originating north of the border they feature American staples like chicken wings, cheese fries, cheese steaks, and hoagies.
