Social Still Prepping to Release Rum

Social Still distillery in Bethlehem is prepping to release a new rum in the next few weeks, and they’ve got plenty more in the works for the future.  Their rum, made with molasses and clocking in at 40% ABV, is the distillery’s third spirit in their product line.  Social Still also produces a gin and a vodka which both were available when they opened in late December.  On a recent visit to the distillery they had rum wash fermenting away, as well as gin aging in barrels, rum aging in spent Dad’s Hat rye barrels, and charred oak barrels ready to make bourbon.  We’ll keep you updated on all the upcoming and future releases from Social Still as we get more information.
