    Rodale Catering Hosting 2nd Pop-Up

    Rodale Catering and Events is hosting their second pop-up event on Sunday, September 16th with a six course brunch at their catering and test kitchens in Emmaus.

    The event will feature organic dishes and will be hosted by Chef Leah Nichols, the Director of Rodale Catering. The brunch is $65 per person and will be limited to 50 people, so get your reservations in now. To make a reservation, contact Erica Jantos at 610-967-8515 or email catering@rodale.com. We covered Rodale’s first pop-up event, a dinner hosted at the Working Tree Center in Emmaus. Check out the write-up and photos here. The menu for the brunch is below:

    Beverages
    Local Peach Bellini, Bloody Mary, Fresh-Squeezed Organic Orange Juice, and a selection of Coffees from One Village Coffee

    First Course
    Fried Green Tomatoes with Bacon and Poached Egg over Arugula and finished with Buttermilk Dressing

    Second Course
    Chilled Corn Soup

    Third Course
    Trio of biscuits to include: Lobster Hollandaise served over a Tarragon Biscuit, Sausage with Quail Egg served over a Parmesan Peppercorn Biscuit, and Braised Pork Belly served over a Sweet Potato Biscuit

    Fourth Course
    Concord Grape Granita

    Fifth Course
    House-Made Scrapple and Egg over Seasonal Hash

    Sixth Course
    Local Cheese with Melon Carpaccio
