True Blue Replaces Petra in Bethlehem

by theelvee_w2oe3m

Petra Mediterranean at 81 W Broad Street in Bethlehem is transforming into True Blue Mediterranean Café.  The restaurant’s owners are the same that head up the True Blue restaurant at 1301 Chestnut Street in Emmaus.  The interior of the restaurant has been renovated and the menu has switched over.  It is still BYOB and features dining, take out, and catering.  Entrees range from $14.99 to $17.99 and include dishes like basmati and kabobs.  Gyros, vegan/vegetarian, and dessert options also adorn the menu.
