The Brick, a new Neopolitan-style pizzeria, will be moving into the ground floor of One Bethlehem Plaza at 1 W Broad St in Bethlehem.  The space was formerly occupied by Plaza Bistro, and prior to that it was Rock n’ Joe Café.  Plaza Bistro closed in January of 2012 and the restaurant has been empty since.

Mr. Vito Spinelli, owner of The Brick, said that the restaurant will serve pizza made in a wood-fired oven and is slated to open in early spring.  The 75-seat restaurant will also carry a variety of craft beers and wine.
