The Tavern on Liberty is hosting a Sly Fox Brewing (they seem to be all over the valley lately, don’t they?) tap takeover tomorrow, January 26th. Starting at 7pm they’ll have $8 flights that include:
Saison Vos- A Belgian style saison brewed with German pils malt and hopped with East Kent Goldings. Fermented with a special proprietary yeast which imparts its dry, spicy character. 6.9% ABV
Odyssey- Odyssey is an Imperial IPA which is brewed with all the different hops used for the IPA Project. Odyssey is medium-bodied and (obviously) hoppy, with pleasant alcohol hints in the nose and finish. 8.4% ABV
Pikeland Pils- A Northern German style Pilsner brewed with imported German pils malt and hopped with German and Czech hops. Light in body, light straw in color and dry. 4.9% ABV
O’Reilly’s Stout- An Irish-style Draft Stout poured with nitrogen for a rich, creamy pint. Brewed with imported British pale and roasted barley, plus flaked barley, and hopped with Cascade and Target hops. 3.6% ABV
Sly Fox beer ambassador Corey Reid, who started as a bartender at their Phoenixville location in 1997, will be there handing out some Sly Fox swag and answering questions.
