Starfish Brasserie is hosting a customer appreciation dinner on January 29th, coinciding with the kickoff of Bethlehem’s Restaurant Week. It will mark the three year anniversary of current chef/owner Kris Sandholm taking over the establishment. The prix fix menu will feature six courses for only $20. The menu is:
Miso soup, anchovy fried noodles
Vegetable roll trio
Lightly smoked Spanish mackerel, frisee, miso garlic yogurt
Black rice stuffed grilled squid, tobiko
Bun roll (Champagne poached bay scallop, sweet potato, farmers cheese, edible gold)
There’s also an optional sake pairing for $15. The dinner starts at 5pm. Reservations are required and can be made here. For the vegans there’s also an optional vegan menu (incidcate when reserving).
