    Rodale Catering Hosting Pop-Up Dinner at Rodale’s Working Tree Center

    Rodale Catering and Events out of Emmaus recently announced that they will be hosting a pop-up dinner on July 25th at the Working Tree Center, the farm owned by the founder of Rodale, JI Rodale.  We wrote about them back in November 2011 when they launched a new website and even noted, “hopefully these guys pop up at an event somewhere soon so we can try their work.”

    The dinner will feature a cocktail hour in the courtyard of the center and butlered hors d’oeuvres will be served.  Chef Leah Nichols, the director of the catering business, will be hosting the evening.  This dinner will is the first in a series of pop-up dinners.  Complimentary signature seasonal cocktail, sparkling herbal water, still water, house-made iced tea, and seasonal lemonade are all included.  Wine and beer are BYO.  There are 36 seats available and the dinners is $125 per person.  We’ll be there covering the dinner so expect pics and a write-up if you can’t make it.  The menu is below:
