Panda Asian Cuisine, a new restaurant offering up a variety of Chinese, Japanese, and Thai cuisine, opened up last weekend at 2126 W Union Blvd in the Lehigh Shopping Center. The menu includes soups, appetizers, salads, entrees, a variety of curries, bento boxes, hibachi, sushi, combo platters, and other Asian staples. They are open from 11am to 10pm Monday through Thursday, 11am to 11pm Friday and Saturday, and 12pm to 10pm on Sundays for dine-in or take-out. Click here to see the full menu.
