On January 27th and 28th Molinari’s in Bethlehem will be hosting a special four course dinner featuring the guest chefs Massimo Criscio and Dino Alberto Paganelli.
Ciscio owns and manages Abruzzo Cibus in Italy, which features a palace for group outings and a demonstration kitchen where the staff holds cooking classes throughout the durations of their guest’s stay. Paganelli is the chef de cuisine and culinary instructor for the resort and also works for Casina Rossa developing products that are sold in the US udner the Williams-Sonoma brand. Tickets for the dinner are $80 until 12/25 and then increase to $90. The menu includes:
Antipasto – fiadoncino salato al tartufo con salsa allo Zafferano di Navelli
First course – risotto ai funghi porcini
Second course – pork fillet wrapped with prosciutto and truffles and garlic/truffle mashed potatoes
Dessert – spumoni al limone with limoncello
Wine – Monepulciano
