The Meadows, a frozen custard chain based in Duncansville, PA in Blair County, is opening at 1816 Stefko Blvd, in the Stefko Boulevard Shopping Center. The original Meadows opened in 1950 and since then 27 locations have sprung up, most in Pennsylvania. The shop will offer a variety of sundaes, shakes, arctic swirls (custard blended with candy), Italian ice, gelati, and cakes. The Meadows in Bethlehem is aiming to open this Saturday, March 29th.
