Molinari’s (322 E 3rd St, Bethlehem), the newest Italian restaurant in the valley scene, is opening on Monday, November 28th for lunch. The restaurant, which we announced back in August, relayed that its liquor license was approved and they’ll be serving shortly. Boasting authentic Italian food, and eschewing the “Americanized” Italian that’s prevalent these days, they’ll be serving up house-made pasta and Neopolitan pizzas. For dessert they’ll be doing everything in-house as well, even going so far as to handcrafting gelato and sorbets. Their drink list will include an all-Italian wine list and Italian craft beer. That last part is pretty interesting considering the range of Italian wines and appellations, as well as the burgeoning Italian craft beer scene (check out Abe’s, they’ve got a huge Italian section).
