Don Juan Mex Grill, an Easton burritojoint that opened up in September, is already looking to add locations.  Owner Juan Martinez said recently that they’ve taken a look at several locations throughout the LV and in northern areas and plan to add more eateries soon.  The next location is looking at a mid-summer opening.  Martinez is also the owner of the State Cafe and Grill, also in Easton.
