Leaf Cigar Bar in Easton will be hosting a beer and cigar pairing dinner on February 22nd. Featuring brew from Royersford staple Sly Fox and cigars from Emilio Cigars. The cost is $59 per person. Menu and pairings are as follows:

Fresh sea scallops wrapped in locally sourced bacon, dusted with smoked sea salt, skewered, cast iron seared, and served over balsamic bell pepper slaw garnished with fresh baby upland cress petals and pure Koroneki oil.

Warmed Arugula Salad
Wilted arugula tossed with bacon lardons, roasted cherry tomatoes, grilled and chopped red onion, and locally sourced Common Folk Blue cheese tossed in our “hot duck” dressing topped with carrot straws.
Paired with Sly Fox Odyssey Imperial IPA
Dijon Crusted Pork
Locally sourced boneless pork chop crusted with whole grain Dijon mustard and presented over Napa choucroute and roasted red bliss potatoes with honey stout demi-glace .
Paired with SlyFox O’Reilly’s Irish Stout
Rich Belgian chocolate lava cake garnished with white chocolate covered long stem strawberry.
