    Two Rivers Now Open

    Two Rivers Brewing Company, in Easton, is now open for business.  We sat down with the partners in the business back in July for an extensive look at the history behind the operation, which you can read about here.  The brewery is expecting to have their own beer on tap near the end of March of early April.  For now they have local offerings on tap from Brew Works, Victory, Weyerbacher, Troegs, Lancaster, Stoudts, and River Horse.  Below is a listing of current food and cocktail options, as well as pics from the finished first floor.

    Food:
    Gumbo
    Traditional Creole stew/cornbread madeleines

    Wedge Salad
    Grilled bread/Iceberg lettuce/roasted tomato and sweet corn relish/bacon/Green Goddess dressing

    Duck Fat Fries
    Tallman Farm potatoes fried in rendered duck fat/rosemary/Peccorino-Romano/and Dijon aioli

    Shrimp & Grits
    Laughing Bird shrimp/Breakaway Farms bacon/peppery cheese grits/chili gastrique

    Fried Turkey Wings
    Housemade BBQ sauce/Napa cabbage and fennel slaw

    Breakaway Farms bacon/cheddar/lettuce/marinated tomatoes/red onion/pickled peppers/Belgian frites and pickles.  Choice of Breakaway Farms Grass Fed Beef Burger or Black Angus Dry Aged Burger

    Braised Short Rib Sandwich
    Sharp provolone/roasted hot and mild peppers/Breakaway Farms fried egg/horseradish aioli, Belgian frites and pickles

    Black Bean and Lentil Burger
    Cabbage, beet, and fennel slaw/avocado/saffron aioli/lettuce, Belgian frites, and pickles
