The Back Door Bakeshop, owned by Gail Lehman, currently resides at a small shop on Center Street in Bethlehem, but will soon be moving to 92 E Broad Street. That location was the home of the former Chilly Dog Shop, which shut down last year. Back Door sells a variety of cookies, cakes, cupcakes, pies, muffins, and (really tasty) brownies. We’ll keep you posted with updates of the opening as we hear them.
