To celebrate the first anniversary of moving into their new digs, the crew over at Hijinx Brewing Company is releasing a special beer tomorrow and throwing a party. from noon to 6PM they’ll be selling Learning Curve, a 7% English strong ale that has been resting in bourbon barrels for a year. Packaged in 22oz bomber bottles with gold waxed caps, there will only be 200 of these sold.
All weekend the brewery will be having games, raffles, and beer specials as well as football on TV Saturday and Sunday. Tonight the Licensed 2 Grill food truck will be serving up food and tomorrow the Stuffed to the Grills food truck will be there. Stop by, grab a special release bottle, enjoy some food, and toast Hijinx to their one year anniversary. They’re located at 905 Harrison St, Allentown, PA in the Allentown Economic Development Corporation Bridgeworks Enterprise Center.
