Sole Mio to Open in Easton

Sole Mio, an Italian restaurant owned by Frank and Joann Tolotta, will open soon at 204 W Madison Ave in Easton.  The restaurant has been completely renovated and recently was undergoing landscaping on a quick stop by.  The restaurant has undergone a health inspection and will open for business soon.
