In case you hadn’t heard, Corked Wine Bar and Steak House is now open on Main Street in Bethlehem.
The restaurant is owned and operated by Joe Grisafi, also a partner in the Airport Road restaurant Roma Ristorante. The menu features a mix of American, Italian, and steakhouse dishes. Soups, salads, and apps range from $7 (soups) to $17 (smoked gouda lobster mac) and entrees run from $16 (pasta entrees) to $36 (lobster tail and filet dishes). The higher end cuts range from $19 for a rosemary herb chicken breast to $60 for the restaurant’s massive 24oz tomahawk ribeye. The wines from the restaurant come from all over the world and range from $30 (Pio Pinot Grigio) to $360 (by far the most expensive, for the California cult wine Opus One). Most wines are also available in 1, 2.5, and 5 ounce pours. The bar also features a variety of craft beer drafts and bottles, as well as a house cocktail list and modest liquor selection.

Are all the wines corked? The named this place after a term for wine that is ruined. Gold star on that one. Seriously, worst name for a wine bar ever.
