Bolete Revising Cocktail Program

by theelvee_w2oe3m February 3, 2011
February 3, 2011

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again:  Bolete is a culinary treasure to this valley and a true foodie destination.  Last year saw them reeling in 3 bells from Craig Laban and hitting some national news.  They sent out their reflections and thoughts on the New Year.

One improvement that caught my eye is this:  “A killer cocktail program. Not that it already isn’t, but lately we’ve been tapping into our inner mixologist – experimenting with house-made bitters, testing new infusions and collaborating with industry cocktail “geeks” for inspiration.”  Considering they’re already rocking coriander-infused tequila and a drink that mashes bourbon and cayenne simple syrup together, I’m dying to see what’s in store next.  Looks like the local cocktail kings, The Bookstore, have some competition.

Hi! Wow, thanks for this amazing shout-out. People actually read our newsletter? Next time you are in please say hello unless that would compromise your secret identity. 😉 Would love to talk shop with a like-minded lover of the drink.
