Bethlehem Burger Bar to Replace Theo’s

September 20, 2012

Billy Kounoupis, the owner of the popular Billy’s Downtown Diner on Broad Street in Bethlehem, is opening a burger restaurant.

The restaurant will be located at 639 Linden Street, the site of the former Theo’s Gyros restaurant that opened in June of 2011.  The space is small, but located in a semi-busy area with many other restaurants nearby, as well as a beer distributor that is hoping to opening in the future.  The restaurant is already under renovation with the look altered significantly from what Theo’s looked like.  The news came earlier this week when Billy’s posted the attached photo on their Facebook.

I hope he doesn’t work there because that guy talks WAY too much, yapper is always running. More importantly I hope they don’t try to pawn off some generic diet soda as Diet Coke like they do at Billy’s, just irks me!
