Maxim’s 22, a French bistro at 322 Northampton St in Easton, will be opening their doors this Friday, October 12th, for their first lunch service. The opening has been pushed back slightly from their original intended date. We stopped in during a mock service recently to take a look at the new restaurant’s menu and drink list.
